If February set the tone for beauty innovation, March has accelerated the pace. This month brought something new in almost every category but I’ve been intentional about what’s made the cut for March. This isn’t just a round-up of what’s current in terms of launch date, but of what feels truly ‘new’ for the industry. Each product stands out for a reason, whether it’s a concept that’s been missing from the industry finally brought to life, or a fresh take which combats the challenges we’ve been blindly living with… until now.
Ouai Bond Repair Balm
This little genie in a bottle is shaking up hair care - not just by delivering stronger and healthier hair, but by redefining how long we are expected to wait for it! This in-shower treatment works in just 3 minutes which feels like a long-awaited response to the time-heavy routines we have come to accept from legacy treatments (which typically require a minimum of 10 minutes to deliver results).
And, unlike other ‘3-minute-miracle’ counterparts which simply smooth the hair cuticle (hair surface), this product boasts both speed and substance. The result of 3 years of development, the Bond Repair Balm utilises vegan silk protein and a rice protein to repair broken bonds within the hair structure, reverse visible damage and strengthen the hair barrier in a single use. Plus, the formula is suitable for all hair types and is infused with the brand’s much-loved Melrose Place scent.

Clarins Bust Beauty Firm-Lift Gel
Also upping the ante to meet consumers’ expectations is Clarins. Already renowned for their specialised bust treatments, the iconic brand has just launched its biggest player yet in this growing category. The Bust Beauty Firm-Lift Gel promises to visibly firm and lift the bust in just 7 days thanks to a pro-collagen tripeptide which offers 4x the production compared to the brand’s previous formulas.
Even better, the 92% natural origin formula is suitable for expectant mothers as well as for postpartum use, and it’s compatible with breastfeeding.

Juliette Has A Gun Banana Rush Eau De Parfum
If you thought banana had no place in the fine fragrance category, then Juliette Has A Gun is here to prove otherwise. Its new scent, Banana Rush, fully leans into making this niche and playful note the centrepiece of the fragrance rather than a background accent.
Although a small number of fragrance brands have briefly explored banana, its scent has often been muted by other accords. Banana Rush takes a more direct approach by combining the unapologetic note of ripe banana with complementary notes of maple syrup and frangipani which accentuate its intensity. The result is an unexpected cross-junction where playful meets sophisticated, serving as a reminder that even the most unexpected scent notes can feel luxurious when expertly handled.

Kiehl’s Better Screen™ Miner-ALL™ UV Serum – Mineral Sunscreen 50+ with Centella
This month saw Kiehl’s step firmly back into its role as a sunscreen authority with its new Miner-ALL™ UV Serum. This lightweight, breathable formula fits seamlessly into your routine to offer all-important SPF 50+ broad-spectrum protection. But what really sets it apart is its commitment to serving the specific sunscreen needs of very sensitive skin plus the fact that it’s one of the few SPFs to carry the eczema seal endorsement – a surprisingly overlooked benchmark within this category which limits product choice for so many consumers.
While powerhouse ingredient cica (centella asiatica) soothes sensitivity and supports the , nano-array mineral filter technology combats the common ‘white residue’ issue that many with compromised skin have learnt to live with as they rely on the gentle nature of mineral-based sunscreen formulas.

Dermaflash Cool Sonic Depuffing and Lymphatic Drainage Set
In an increasingly-crowded skincare tool space, the Dermaflash Cool has set itself apart by combining high-performance cooling therapy with targeted lymphatic drainage in one device. Powered by the brand’s proprietary SonicCool™ technology, the device reaches an industry-leading low temperature in a matter of seconds, with no pre-freezing required. The result is an instant de-puffing, sculpting and lifting effect, with both puffiness and dark circles notably improved.
While other devices focus on either surface-level cooling or basic massage, this device pairs its intense cold therapy with high-level sonic vibration designed to stimulate microcirculation and encourage lymphatic drainage. This ultimately helps to actively move fluid build-up rather than just temporarily constrict it.
The ice roller era? Consider it eclipsed!
