June's Best Beauty Launches

This month, the industry’s clear preference for skin-first formulas shows no sign of slowing down. And what’s especially striking with the latest launches is how they’re focused on enhancing overall skin quality and long-term skin health rather than simply masking or treating specific imperfections.

From concealers infused with advanced skincare technologies, to the very latest in at-home beauty devices designed to mimic professional treatments, this month’s launches continue to push the boundaries of possibility when it comes to ensuring optimal skin health across all beauty categories. Here are the products that stood out to me this month as those leading the charge…

Chantecaille Bio Lifting Concealer

Far more than a traditional concealer, Chantecaille’s new concealer reflects the growing consumer demand for complexion products that deliver instant visible correction alongside long-term benefits. Infused with the brand’s signature Bio Lifting technology and potent botanicals, this concealer works to brighten, smooth and continuously hydrate while seamlessly covering dark circles and various imperfections. It’s also clinically proven to reduce the look of wrinkle depth by up to 41%*, and delivers high luminosity and impressive longevity without settling into fine lines.

Medicube Age-R Booster Pro x2

Building on the huge success of its predecessor, Medicube’s latest at-home skincare device features upgraded modes to ensure even greater product absorption and to stimulate firmer, more refined-looking skin. The Age-R Booster Pro x2 delivers a more customisable and professional-level experience than previous iterations with double the power, double the LED coverage and an expanded 7 modes. In doing so, it serves the ever-increasing consumer desire to seek effective alternatives to in-clinic treatments by ensuring visible skin-quality improvements from the comfort of home.

Rhode Highlight Milk

Rhode’s latest launch taps directly into the ‘healthy skin glow’ trend that continues to dominate beauty. This serum-like illuminator delivers a naturally radiant finish that gives a hydrated, well-rested and lit-from-within complexion rather than any obvious shimmer. The lightweight formula can be worn alone on bare skin or layered both under and over makeup. Packed with nourishing and skin-protecting , the versatile formula can also be applied to the body for soft, supple and illuminated skin. Available in 4 shades.

Beauty of Joseon Glow Sun Stick

Another shining example of how far sunscreens have evolved, this compact sun stick transforms reapplication (particularly for those easy-to-miss areas like ears and hairline) into an effortless step. Designed to deliver high-factor, broad-spectrum protection without disrupting makeup or leaving behind any unwanted shine, the Glow Sun Stick combines comprehensive UV defence with carefully-selected actives that help hydrate, soothe and balance skin throughout the day. And, because the formula is fragrance-free, it’s also a great choice for sensitive and reactive skin types.

YSL Skin Affair Soft Glow Cushion Foundation

As luxury beauty brands also increasingly embrace the ‘skinification’ trend, YSL Beauty’s latest cushion foundation combines multiple skincare benefits and superior makeup performance in one sophisticated formula. The 72% serum-based foundation delivers ultra-lightweight, buildable coverage that ensures a soft, radiant finish that can be effortlessly layered or touched-up throughout the day. Compared to traditional cushion foundations, this formula offers improved longevity and comfort, boosted skincare benefits and entirely seamless yet lightweight coverage. Think of it as your liquid foundation in a convenient compact. Available in 31 shades.

DISCLAIMERS:

While I’m not a doctor or dermatologist, I’ve spent much of my career immersed in the beauty industry, particularly skincare. As a former beauty trends editor, I scoured the global market to identify and test some of the most innovative formulas out there. I later worked on the brand team at one of the UK’s fastest-growing skincare companies, helping bring to market some of today’s most advanced technologies.
